If you change your mind, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. We only accept products that have not been worn, damaged or used. The products must be returned to us complete and in their original packaging.

You have the right to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreement within 14 days from receipt of the products. Customers may exercise their right to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreement by sending an e-mail to

Such communication shall include:
 the intention to exercise the right to withdraw;
– the details of the order generating the Sale and Purchase Agreement from which they intend to withdraw.


The administrative costs for the refund will be borne by NORTEC. The shipping costs for the return to our warehouse, both by courier and by post, are borne by the customer. So you will receive a full refund of the value of the returned products.

For returns from non-EU countries, customs duties will be added to the refund amount. Customers undertake to return the Products within 10 working days from the date in which withdrawal was communicated by the customers.
NORTEC Sport undertakes to reimburse the price in the shortest time possible and, in any event, within 30 days from the date in which withdrawal was communicated by the customers, provided that:
– the products have been returned and are intact;
– the original package has also been returned and is intact;
– the accessory items and instructions manual, if any, are returned and are intact;
– the products have not been utilized;

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

The customer bear the costs of returning the goods. The customer have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
