Shipping and Payment

Orders

Normally the goods are ready for dispatch within 24 hours. We deliver directly to your home.
In order to get the orders to you as quickly as possible and without incident, our shipping partner needs a telephone number where you can be reached during the day (see field in the shopping cart). It is also helpful if you provide a shipping address at which you or someone you trust can largely be reached.
Orders are only delivered if the orders have already been paid for. The goods remain the property of NORTEC until they have been paid for in full.

We do not accept bank transfers from Serbia and Switzerland; any customs fees or other charges for delivery to non-EU countries are expressly at the expense of the customer.

Our online shop https://eshop.nortecsport.com is currently available in English, German and Italian. We expressly point out that we are not liable for any misunderstandings that may arise due to a lack of language skills.

Delivery delays and unavailability of the goods
Our online shop https://eshop.nortecsport.com is directly linked to our logistics software. We are thus able to show you the current availability of the individual articles with the help of a traffic light system. Since we do not compare continuously, there may be delays in delivery or non-availability of the desired goods in exceptional cases. In these cases we will inform you immediately.

Transport damage
We ask you to check the contents for completeness and intactness immediately upon receipt of the shipment. If the package is damaged, please report it immediately. In this case, please also contact us: sales@nortecsport.com.

Revocation

Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NORTEC Sport GmbH, Kärntner Straße 8, 9500 Villach (Austria), T: +43 (0) 4242 35133, sales@nortecsport.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Refund

The administrative costs for the reimbursement will be borne by NORTEC. The shipping costs for the return to our warehouse, both by courier and by post, are borne by the customer. So you will be refunded the full value of the returned products.

For returns from non-EU countries, customs duties will be added to the refund amount. The customer undertakes to return the products within 10 working days from the date on which the customer notified the cancellation.
NORTEC Sport undertakes to reimburse the price as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date of the customer’s declaration of withdrawal, provided that:
– the products have been returned and are intact;
– the original packaging was also returned and is intact;
– the accessories and the instruction manual, if any, are returned and intact;
– the products have not been used;

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You have to return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date or to hand them over to

NORTEC Sport GmbH, Kärntner Straße 8, 9500 Villach | Austria.

The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. The customer must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

 

Means of payment

 

Payment for orders
You can choose to pay by credit card, prepayment (bank transfer) or PayPal.
Credit card (VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard): the invoice amount is only debited when the shipment leaves our warehouse).
Prepayment: You transfer the amount due to the bank account given below and the order leaves our warehouse immediately after receipt of payment.
PayPal: the innovative payment system on the Internet.
The goods remain the property of NORTEC until they have been paid for in full.
